Greetings to all the chef in the house, am here after a while to participate in this week recipe of the day. In this week, am going to share potatoe beans recipe. Let begin...

Ingredients

🌼 Sweet Potatoes
🌼 Beans
🌼 Red oil
🌼 Onion
🌼 Crayfish
🌼 Salt
🌼 Seasoning cubes
🌼 scent leaf
🌼 Uziza
🌼 Fresh Pepper

Method of preparation

🔸 Select stone and other unwanted objects from the beans, wash it, use a clean pot, pour in and boil until it become soft. Then, remove the pot from the fire and drain water out from the beans.

🔸 With a knife, peel out the potatoes, cut into small shapes, wash it very well to avoid sand, set aside

🔸Get the onion, slice and keep. Wash the fresh pepper and pound alongside with crayfish. Now, the necessary things are in place to give a smooth preparation of the recipe.

🔸Preheat red oil for few minutes, add a pitch of salt, the slice onions, the pounded mixture, seasoning cubes, stir, add the Beans and mix everything together, allow to boil for 2minutes, pour in water and boil.

🔸When the recipe as started boiling, pour in the wash potatoes, mix, close the pot and allow it for 30minute

🔸 Checking on the pot, the recipe is almost ready to be consume. I quickly was my two aromatic herbs, one is fresh while one is dry, slice, add in the recipe, stir and off my light. The essence of the aromatic herbs is to give the recipe a nice and unique taste

🔸 Potatoe beans is ready for consumption. The recipe doesn't matter whether you take it as breakfast, lunch or dinner. It's can be taken at any meal time depending on your choice.
