Good day to you, I welcome you to my page.

Here I'm going to be discussing about the topic The dish that makes me happy.

I talk about the dish that always makes me happy.

As you go through the write-up, I hope it will be worth your while.


✔️ What is that dish that you always make at home that makes you happy?

That dish is fries and eggs. This is my best combination. Everytime I eat it, I always feel this sudden happiness.

The fries includes potatoes, plantain, yam, chicken, fish, meat. They can be eaten separately or together, with the addition of eggs.

I love them because of the sweet sensations I always feel when I begin to eat them. I always feel cool. The taste of it is incredible.

And depending of how properly fried they are and the source used, it's a great feeling you will get.

It is quite easy to prepare and also one of the fastest. So even when you are very hungry, you can just quickly cut stock, prepare your oil and fry them to your satisfaction.

When done, you can now go ahead and eat it with joy and happiness in your mind.


✔️ What ingredients or culinary techniques make this dish special to you?

The ingredients used in preparing this dish are the stock of food for frying. That is, potatoes, yams, plantains, fish, meat, chicken, and egg.

So to prepare the fries, you simply cut the potatoes, yams, and plantains to bit sizes. While doing that you put vegetable oil in a frying pan and keep of fire for 10 to 15 mins.

After you cut the potatoes, yams, and plantains, you start putting them into the hot oil set by set.

Allow to fry for 7 mins, then you remove and put another set.

It is not a must to fry the potatoes, yams, and plantains together. Most times you fry them separately.

In short they are eaten one type at a time. I just listed them together because they are all under fries.

As for the eggs, you break the fresh eggs and put in a plate. Then add salt and seasoning. Then slice onions and pepper. You can add garlic and green peas if you wish.

Stir them together and put in the hot oil and allow to fry for 4 minutes. Afterwards, your eggs are ready.

Note: the fish, meat, and chicken are just additions for garbishing


✔️ How would you share the happiness that this dish brings you with others?

I will share the happiness by ensuring that those that I know have a good taste of it.

I will invite them over to my place to visit me. Then I will tell them to relax while I go to prepare the dish for them.

I will do it exactly as I usually do it when I'm hungry and I want to eat. I will make sure it is very well prepared and nicely done.

So that when they eat it, that same sensation I feel, will be what they will feel too.


✔️ If you could share this dish with one person, who would you choose and why?

I will choose my girlfriend. Because she is my girlfriend. She is someone that is very special to me.

She makes me very happy. Her presence alone brings joy. So if she can make me happy, then I can also make her share in my happiness by giving her a taste of my dish.

The dish is easy to prepare and doesn't take time. It has a unique taste and feel. It is pleasant to both the eyes and the mouth.

When you eat it, you don't stress yourself with so much unwanted things, you just eat and digest one time.

This makes the feelings you get after eating it so nice and cool.

Wow all the ingredients used in this dish are very nutritious including vegetables chicken fish they are very beneficial for our health your dish is really happy for me.We must eat foods like the ones you have shared with us today, which we must consume two to three times a week.

I'm alo egg lover. My childhood spent by eating eggs . When my mom cooked that i didn't want I fried egg for my self. We make omelette with the same ingredients that you used except yam. Best of luck for the contest
