Since we have a coconut business and I dont want to throw the flesh of the coconut.I decided to cook Bukayo or also known as sweetened coconut flesh.
Its very easy to make with very little ingredients such as brown sugar, coconut flesh and we are good to go.
I decided to cook it using charcoal cause I need to let the brown sugar melt on its own and then that is the time I have to add the flesh of the coconut and take note that we should not mixed it and let the coconut sip the melted suagr, once you see that the sugar is thread-like already then that is the time to mixed it and viola
and this is my finish product, I made it into small nobs for kids to chew like candies
I wanted to say thank you to @sanuri for this kind of contest. I was really excited and was motivated to use the resources available.
