Melon soup is from a plant called melon.

The processing of melon is to peel the melon, remove the chaff, then grind the melon seed to powder.

Once it's grinded, then it's ready for use.

I will take you to the process of preparing melon soup.

Melon soup can be prepared in various ways depending on how you best enjoy it.

But as for me, I enjoy preparing my melon soup with tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Melon

  • Smoked fish

  • Fresh tomatoes

  • Fresh pepper

  • Onion

  • vegetable (pumpkin)

  • Seasoning cubes

  • Palm oil

  • Crayfish

  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation:

Wash your smoked fish properly and set aside
Wash your tomatoes and pepper, and blend. Blend it together with onion
Blend your crayfish

Get your clean pot, put on fire
Pour in the palm oil and allow to heat a bit

Once heated, pour in your blended tomatoes and pepper

Allow to fry, till the tomatoes water is almost dried up

Once it's a bit dried up, pour in your melon and fry together, continue stiring to avoid it getting burnt
