I really like cooking. When I have free time, I keep myself busy cooking the food I like. My husband and children love to eat and I cook it with a recipe of love😅😂🤣sometimes my children also like to request their favorite food. And usually I also often cook for my daughter's school supplies as breakfast or lunch.
In this month of Ramadan, I do my cooking activities in the afternoon before breaking the fast and at dawn before the morning prayer. Usually in this fasting month when my family and I are fasting, my cooking activities are more active than usual. In this fasting month, there are many.
Every day I cook food that adds to my appetite so that I am enthusiastic in carrying out my fast. This time I want to cook stir-fried red and green peppers with sausage and mushroom. It so happens that it has been a long time since I cooked food by adding peppers. This ingredient is also easy to get in the market.

Okay, I will start cooking my and my family's favorite food. The first thing I prepare is the ingredients for cooking, namely red peppers, green peppers, garlic, onions. beef sausage, mushroom, pepper powder, salt and a little sugar. I also add sesame oil and oyster sauce. Then I also prepare oil for frying and a little water.
The kitchen utensils that I need besides the stove are a frying pan and a frying spoon. After everything is available in front of me, I start the first stage, namely washing the peppers, onions, garlic and chopping them according to my taste. for the sausages I chop them diagonally.
Then I heat a little oil in a frying pan and start to fry the onions, then I put in the peppers, mushroom and stir them. After that I put in the sausages and add salt, pepper, a little sugar, sesame oil and oyster sauce and add a little water. then cook until done.

Finally after a few minutes my cooking was done. I then served the stir-fried red and green peppers and mushroom sausages on the dining table. Then I waited for the time to break the fast. A plate of stir-fried red and green peppers with sausages and mushrooms was very delicious and ready to be eaten.
This stir-fried paprika sausage and mushroom is very delicious when eaten with hot rice. It tastes very savory and certainly very nutritious. Paprika contains vitamin C which is useful for maintaining a healthy immune system. While oyster mushrooms contain vitamin B3 which helps the body from free radicals and maintains heart health.
