Steemit Engagement Challenge S9-W5: “Perfect Menu From Home”.

Hello Namste my friends, hope everyone is doing good 👍. Today I am going participate again in the Steem engagement challenge S9W5 in "Steemit Iron Chef" community and the opic of this contest is very interesting "Perfect Menu From Home". I am very thankful to this community for organising such a beautiful contest.

So let's start my post,

My perfect menu with breakfast, dinner & lunch

It's very difficult to cook food in a daily life bcos i m working professional, so i didn't get time to cook my own food , So for cooking purpose i have a maide in my house but today is weekend and he go to his native place, so me n my room partner try to prepare a dish for lunch.

So today special dish which i made is "Chicken Curry" By the way, smooth curry is as special in every country as it is in India, but the spices of India are something else which adds charm to any dish.So today we together made an idea to make Chicken Curry. For this, we went to the chicken shop at around 10 am in the morning and bought 1kg chicken which cost ₹260 (16steem approx) .

We often like to make chicken at home in the afternoon or at night only.

Me and my family's favorite dish is Chicken curry.
Why did I choose this menu and how many times have I enjoyed it with the family?

I like this dish because it is such a dish which is eaten comfortably and it is even more fun to eat with family.I am often at home so chicken curry is made every Sunday.

When everyone at home likes one dish so much, then it is obvious that everyone's favorite food should be prepared on the weekend so that everyone can eat it with chow.

What is the nutritional content of the food I prepare?

The ingredients of my prepared chicken are:

  • Fresh Chicken -1kg
  • onion - 500gm
  • garlic - 20gm
  • ginger - 20gm
  • Cumin - 5gm
  • Sour yogurt - 400gm
  • Tej patta
  • Badi ilaichi
  • Black pepper
  • Chicken masala
  • garam masala,
  • Groundnut oil,
  • salt, etc.

If you are talking about nutrition, you get good amount of carbohydrate, fat, protein in chicken, even if you eat 200 grams.If you consume chicken daily then it will be beneficial for your health because it is often consumed by people who go to the gym.

I am glad to see your participation. Yes as the hostilite I can understand your situation that you have not time to cook for yourself and ask someone else or maid to cook for you but you have very good chicken curry I like your cooking food for yourself. Its great that your partner and you cook on weekends in the absence of your maid.
