Hello to all my steemians friends, and my heartfelt and respectful greetings to all the seniors of the Iron Chef community.
First of all, I am very happy to tell you all that I have joined this platform just a f days ago,
and I enjoy sharing my posts with all of you.
Today I want to share with all of you my very tasty, easy and quick breakfast recipe.
This healthy recipe is prepared very tasty with just a few ingredients kept at home.
Ingredients
One boiled potato
One capsicum
One carrot
Boiled sweet corn
1 teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon tomato sauce
Salt, black pepper, sour and mix spice and coriander leaves
White sesame seeds
And some bread slices.
Method
First of all I peeled the potato and carrot and grated it. Then I finely chopped the capsicum and coriander leaves and added them to it and also added boiled sweetcorn.
Then I prepared the mixture by adding salt, pepper, special sour spice and sauce to it.
Now I took bread slices and spread this mixture evenly on each bread slice.
Then I put white sesame seeds in a plate,
coated the bread slices with the spice side on it.
Then I heated a pan on gas and applied a little oil on it and roasted the bread slices on low flame till they became crispy from both the sides.
In this way, I prepared a very tasty and healthy breakfast in just a few minutes.
