How are you doing, i am good and feeling excited while participating an other astonishing Steemit Engagement Challenge S7W3| Fruit delicacies prepared by Steemians.
When i read the theme of engagement challenge i feel really excited, as health and nutrition both are needed to everyone and we are all time concerned about it. The seasonal fruits are part of my daily routine and i always take a sufficient amount of it.
Its rich in nutrients, fibers and vitamins which are needed to body for normal functionality otherswise it leads to deficiencyof these nutrients finally a situations of malnutrition and we have to take multivitamins.
I made mix fruit salad for making this i choose guava, banana, orange, tomato, spring onion and cabbage. Its a kind of mixture of fruit and vegetables which i normally made in my lunch and dinner on alternative days with different combinations.

Step 1
The making process is very easy, my family like it very much and our lunch and dinner is not complete without it. Take a bowl added chopped banana, guava and tomato.
Step 2
In next step added finely chopped spring onion, thinly sliced cabbage and orange juice. Mixed all the ingredients to make it a good look.
I just made it in 10 minutes its so simple and full of health and nutrition for family.
Here is final look.
Every seasonal fruit has own health benefits and i like all seasonal fruits, my family also like the same. But if say my all time favorite fruit then its orange i like it very much.
The guava, orange and tomatoes are rich in vitamin c, it acts to boost immune system as vitamin c is a major element for increasing the body immunity against different disease.
Similarly the presence of vitamin B6 provide enough energy to body for proper functioning.
Presence of iron in spring onion is important for transport of oxygen in the body and calcium is important for bones strength.
The dietary fiber in cabbage helps in increased the bowl movement and reduce the risk of constipation.
The seasonal fruits are easily available in market all the time. I never buy tgem in bulk i preferred to buy it daily due to its freshness.
