"Dream Recipe" Ahhh,,🤤 it’s sound looks great & I am very happy to be part of this contest. I am here today to share my dream recipe with you all. So friends I hope all of you will like and enjoy reading my article. So without delay let's start.

What is that recipe that you have always dreamed of cooking, but for some reason you have not been able to prepare?

To be honest, even though I can't cook, I am a foodie and I love to eat all kinds of food. My friends know very well that I love to eat and my favorite food is Biryani. And this is my dream recipe, which I never deny to eat. Nowadays its popular in our country many and everyone loves to eat Biryani. Biryani is a dish that has charm in its taste, aroma and even its name. I recommend cooking biryani at our home and on picnics as it is as tasty as the ingredients used in it are also nutritious.

Cooking is neither very difficult nor very easy but I have never dared to cook my dream recipe alone. But I helped in the cooking and purchase of all the ingredients used to cook Biryani. And I have eaten biryani at different restaurants with my friends and bought it for home for my family. However I love eating more than cooking and Biryani is my favorite recipe.

It's not that I don't cook or can't but I never had the chance to cook my dream recipe. My mother has been sick for almost 10 years and was bedridden and did not work. She was the only woman in our house who cooked. So since then I also learned to cook little by little and used to cook often.

However, when my brother's wife came home, I stepped back from cooking. And to be honest I don't really know the process or technique to cook my dream recipe. Also, I am very careful not to spoil the food for any reason. If the cooking time goes wrong and the food becomes unfit for consumption, it will not be good. So I never tried despite wanting to. But I want to cook my dream recipe and I definitely will if I get the chance.

Have you ever tried the recipe of your dreams?

My dream recipe is biryani and my attraction towards it works when I go to a guest's house and have home cooked biryani. The home cooked biryani was so tasty that I loved it from there. After that many times I have bought and eaten biryani from outside but the market biryani is not perfect because they compromise a lot on the ingredients used in cooking. However, I am not very fond of eating out. But Biryani being my favorite I eat it almost.

I can cook fairly well but I have never dared to cook biryani at home but I cook khichuri, a very favorite dish of Bengalis, with its similar recipe. I have often cooked khichuri at home before. It also requires a lot of ingredients and it is also a healthy dish that I cook with care and it is really good to eat. Not only have I cooked and eaten alone, but my entire family has eaten my hand-cooked food. Now I am a bit away from cooking but I definitely want to cook my dream recipe and feed it to my family one day.
