The title of today's post is very interesting, especially the color it suggests. It makes the mind feel fresh. Green is the color that refreshes the mind just by thinking about it.When we want to relieve our tiredness, we automatically take our steps to the grassy area. Just taking off our shoes to walk in the lawn or the park starts to calm the mind and in no time breathes in the fresh air. But our mental and physical exhaustion goes away.
That's why I thought of spinach when I thought of green food. I have been eating spinach fondly since childhood. It is a vegetable that is extremely beneficial and protects the person who eats it from deadly diseases like sugar, blood pressure, cancer, etc. In addition, due to good blood circulation, our hair is healthy and shiny. I will tell you how the iron, calcium, and magnesium in it are beneficial for us.
Benififits of spinach
Spinach is a vegetable that helps in providing oxygen in our blood. It improves the immune system of our body. It also improves our digestion.
Prevention of diabetes, blood pressure and cancer
If we drink a cup of spinach water, it increases the amount of calcium in our body to a great extent.The magnesium present in it is helpful in keeping our nerves normal. Our blood pressure is also normal due to magnesium.If used by diabetics, it increases insulin sensitivity and helps to minimize anxiety. However, it is the best medicine for diabetics.All green vegetables are rich in chlorophyll, which prevents the development of diseases like cancer in the body. If we include salad containing green vegetables in our daily life, we can easily avoid this disease.it is also beneficial for healthy skin and hair growth. And vitamin provides our bones strong .
HOW WE COOK IT
To participate in this competition, I have arranged to cook spinach today and the short method of cooking it is also given below.
First of all we will cut and separate the stalks of spinach and cut them finely and wash them well and boil them۔
.Now fry the onion in a cooking pot and fry the meat at the same time and add all the spices and fry it. Along with this, grind the boiled spinach and cook it on a low flame. When spinach and meat are cooked well, add green chillies and close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Delicious spinach meat is ready. You can cook it by adding potatoes instead of meat. Both taste delicious and are beneficial to eat.
