Hi Iron Chefs,
Today is the #YELLOWTHURSDAY and I have brought you one of the colour that is very familiar to everyone. The Eggs. The golden yellowish colour of the York in the egg makes it delicious to the eye even before we taste it.

Different types of eggs which have different colours of the york. Ranging from dark orange to pale yellow. The colour of the york has something to do with the nutrition in an egg. Mainly egg contains fats, calories, vitamins and minerals. According to the diet of the hen, these colours can be varied.

The most common colour is yellow for an egg. The darker it gets and the larger the egg can be, will provide higher levels of vitamins A and C, and omega fatty acids.

I usually buy brown shelled eggs because there are tastier than the white ones. The colour of the eggshell also depends according to the breed of the hen and the colour of the hen. It believes that if the hen has white feathers, the shell colour of the egg is white and if the hen has red colour feathers, the shell colour is brown.

There are many ways to prepare this delicious food. Here, I have prepared scrambled eggs for my dinner today. I hope you enjoyed knowing something about the eggs. Now you know what are the different colours of these eggs. 🥚🥚
See you again on another colourful day!
Very nice 👍
