POWER UP

---

POWER UP is the process by which we can convert the amount of rewards we receive through our post into steam power.

Mainly this affects our growth positively. This can be said as a result of the effort and dedication we maintain in creating the content.

The main basis of the steemit platform is the amount of Steem you have. The more it is, the more influence you can have. Explained further, the higher our SP, the more positions we can vote for. This increases our chances of getting rewards in this way. And it is added directly to our account for curation.

My years of experience with the platform have shown me that powering up is very important to growing within the platform.

But it doesn't happen automatically and for that you have to be consistent, disciplined and determined. We must always maintain the quality and originality of the posts to get rewards. It always gives us a unique stamp.

STEEM IGNITION

Below I will share my ignition process as we can see in the screenshot below I had 34 Steem in my wallet.

First I went to my steem wallet and logged in with Active Key. Then click on liquid steem and select Power up options.

After that, I noted down the amount of liquid steem to implement what is available to continue growing, with the intention of reaching my projected growth levels that I have targeted for this year. Then I clicked the "power up" button.

BEFORE POWER UP

This process has led me to cross the Steem Power 500 score line, which you might think is a very small figure indeed.
But it really represents a starting point for me and gives me a powerful catalyst. In the long run it empowers me to achieve progressively bigger goals within the platform.

AFTER POWER UP

I really have a long way to go to reach my desired SP levels. But I believe that with experience and constant effort it can be achieved.
