I really like what you said ,Sometimes hoteliers throw away a lot of food which is of no use to anyone, which is a huge sin. So this is a very good thing you did that you used to take food home instead of wasting it. On the other hand, you mentioned lobsters as your dream recipe. I hope you make this recipe very soon.
