Talking about my diet, I diet almost every day, starting from reducing food and also maintaining my health, especially with my food, of course I will do it right because growth is very fast.
With the diet, I have felt my body lighten and live a healthy life so that my activities are very easy and I can live my day happily

My food for dieting is stir-fried cauliflower and also adds shrimp, where cauliflower is good for dieting because of the fiber so it slows down digestion and shrimp is also good for dieting because shrimp has few calories.
a bowl of healthy vegetables for breakfast, this morning's breakfast is stir-fried cauliflower, this morning I made stir-fried cauliflower for breakfast, as usual cauliflower is my favorite food, I really like cauliflower because its texture is a little crunchier compared to with broccoli this is a combination that I like
So, without waiting long, I immediately looked at what ingredients were in the refrigerator, only cauliflower and shrimp, yup, this is a perfect pair to make a bowl of delicious food, and I started processing it according to my wishes, like making my favorite stir-fried cauliflower, here. I will also share the recipe with all my friends
Ingredients for making stir-fried cauliflower:
- 200 grams of cauliflower
- 100 grams of shrimp
- 3 red chilies
- 3 green chilies
- tomatoes
- 2 cloves of red onion
how to make :
(1) The first step is to cut the cauliflower lengthwise, wash it clean, then set it aside for a while
(2) after that, chop all the onions, tomatoes and chilies and wash them clean, then saute them in a little oil until everything is wilted
(3) and then cut the shrimp into small pieces, wash them clean and add a little salt then add them to the sautéed onions
(4) wait until the color turns reddish, after that add a little water and then also add the pieces of cauliflower then cook until the cauliflower is cooked, about 15 minutes over medium heat
(5) and after that add a little salt then adjust the taste, here I don't add any more micin because there is already a sweet taste from the shrimp and tomatoes
