Semana de reto en Steemit Iron Chef, es el turno de la piña en mi entrada preparé un platillo muy simple, piña caramelizada con canela y azúcar, sobre ella un pequeño disco de jalea de piña acompañada de merengue italiano y chocolate.
Week of challenge in Steemit Iron Chef, it is the turn of the pineapple in my entry I prepared a very simple dish, caramelized pineapple with cinnamon and sugar, on it a small disk of pineapple jelly accompanied by Italian meringue and chocolate.

Rodajas de piña.
50 gr de azúcar.
Canela.
Pineapple slices.

Para la jalea: || For the jelly:
Media piña.
50 gr de maicena.
50 gr de azúcar.
Half a pineapple.
50 gr of cornstarch.
50 grams of sugar.
Para el merengue italiano: || For Italian meringue:
1 huevo.
50 gr de azúcar.
1 egg.
50 gr of sugar.

Primero hice la jale, para ello preparé extraje la pulpa de la fruta la licué y colé, seguido de ello la vertí en una olla y endulcé a gusto, el siguiente paso fue tomar un poco del jugo de piña agregar la maicena, y luego esa mezcla incorporarla a la olla, mezclé hasta espesar y deje reposar hasta que solidificar la jalea.
First I made the jelly, I prepared it by extracting the pulp from the fruit, blended it and strained it, then I poured it into a pot and sweetened it to taste, the next step was to take some of the pineapple juice, add the cornstarch, and then add the mixture to the pot, I mixed it until it thickened and let it rest until the jelly solidified.
Mientras reposaba la jalea caramelicé una rodaja de piña, el proceso es simple sólo se debe bañar en azúcar y canela la rodaja y cocinar hasta caramelizar.
While the jelly was resting I caramelized a slice of pineapple, the process is simple, just bathe the slice in sugar and cinnamon and cook until caramelized.
Finalmente preparé el merengue, era la primera vez que lo preparaba sola, separé la yema de la clara, antes de batir la clara hice el almíbar, puse en una olla un poco de agua y 50 gr de azúcar, apagué hasta disolver el azúcar y espesar, ese almíbar lo agregué a la clara montada, batí hasta formar picos firmes.
Finally I prepared the meringue, it was the first time I prepared it alone, I separated the yolk from the egg white, before beating the egg white I made the syrup, I put in a pot a little water and 50 grams of sugar, I turned it off until the sugar dissolved and thickened, I added that syrup to the whipped egg white, I beat it until it formed firm peaks.
