Greetings Iron Chefs,

Healthy Foods are the best foods. One of the healthy foods are raw foods and it is better than the cooked one. It can be fruits, veggies,meat, and fish. Today, let me introduce to you my Japanese Cooking, "sardines tataki recipe".

  • I bought 200 grams of sardines for 200 yen (1.6 STEEM). It has 4 pieces in a pack and I use only 2 pieces.

  • Wash the fish, cut the head, and deboned. Then chopped into pieces (tataki).

  • Finally let's serve it. Put in Shiso Leaf and garnish with thinly sliced onions. Add some wasabi and tomatoes and done. "Itadakimasu."

Tataki means pounding of meat or fish in Japanese cooking. I was excited and had fun doing this recipe. Plus, I used sardines , probably the safest fish to eat in the planet and absolutely healthy. It strengthen our bones and boost our immune system.
