INGREDIENTS
💚 Rice 💚 OIL 💚Carrot 💚 onion 💚 Tomatoe 💚 Mustard Seeds 💚 Greenpeas 💚 Salt 💚 Beans 💚 Cummin Seeds
Step1 :
Take 250 gms rice in a pressure cooker pour 500 ml water and cook with full flame.
Step2 :
Take the vegetables such as carrots beans and seperated greenpeas and chop them in to small this pieces.
Step3 :
Wash the chopped vegetables with water and take a pan and boil the vegetables, while boiling ; chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces
Step 4 :
Take a pan put on the flame, add 2 spoon of oil to heat, add mustard seed, cummin seed and curry leaves to fry. Then add the chopped onlins to saute, add salt and turmeric powder and mix them well and saute.
Step 5 :
Add the chopped tomatoes and saute them well until its extract come out, then add maggie masala and chilli powder and mix them well
Step 6 :
Now open the pressure cooker and take the boiled rice and put them in the pan and mix them well untill all the ingradients mixed well with low flame.
Step 7 :
Put off the flame and add chopped coriander leaves to garnish the pulao.
Now the delicious, Veg- Pulao is ready to eat; Serve hot with curd salad or Khurma.
