Hello to all the members of Steemit Iron Chef community and happy Orange Tuesday to you all!. Let's talk about some amazing facts about Papaya or Papaw or Pawpaw today.

In my country, Papaya grows so easily that most of the home gardens have at least one tree. But these trees need a good caring otherwise those are affected with fungus diseases.

Papaya which is an essential ingredient of a fruit salad and a mix fruit juice is also used to make various kind of delicious cool drinks. In my country raw Papaya is used to make a delicious curry which can be eaten with rice.

Pawpaws are rich in vitamin C and A, Carbohydrates, fibers, Protein and Potassium and that is why this is well known as a highly nutritious fruit.

I've heard that this fruit is good for skin, hair growth,cancer, diabetes, stress and digestion too. This may be why most of the people are used to have Papaws as a dessert after having a main meal.
