Welcome to my blog, my today's recipe is native porridge rice
I love to recreate recipe that reminds me of my cultural heritage you can also try this recipe and give your taste bud a different feeling.
Ingredients
• Rice
• Mackerel fish
• fresh pepper
• palm oil
• onions
• crayfish
• seasoning cubes
• salt.
Preparation Process
I turned the parboiled rice into a pot and started preparing the ingredients.
• i washed and debone the fish
• washed and blended the fresh pepper with the crayfish together
• washed and sliced the onions
Lastly i added oil and left it to cook till all the water dried up tuning the rice to a porridge.
I left it to cook for more 10 minutes before serving.
My tummy rice was ready, out of the numerous ways to prepare rice for consumption this is one of my favorite, free of spice also cost effective which can be highly considered when we have limited ingredients.
