Hello! Summer is a wonderful time, rich in various gifts of nature, in particular vegetables. Vegetables are an indispensable source of vitamins, so if you want your food to be not only tasty, but also healthy, you should regularly include them in your diet.

One of the delicious ways to prepare vegetables is soup. Walking through my garden, I noticed that now is the time to harvest peas. Therefore, I decided to make a soup, including green peas in its recipe. It turned out very tasty and useful.

Fortunately, even if you don't have your own garden, vegetables are cheap in the summer. Therefore, hurry up and go to the store and cook soup with mushrooms and green peas with me.

To prepare the soup, I need:

  • potatoes;
  • carrots;
  • onion;
  • green peas;
  • vermicelli;
  • mushrooms;
  • chicken fillet;
  • greens.

First, take a potato and cut it into cubes:

Pour the chopped potatoes with water and put to boil.

While the potatoes are cooking, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces. When the potatoes are half ready, add meat and green peas to it:

The next step will be stewing onions, carrots and mushrooms. Pour a small amount of oil into the pan and throw the diced onion into it. When the onion is stewed, add grated carrots and mushrooms.

We add stewed vegetables and mushrooms to potatoes, peas and meat. We continue to cook. We also add a small amount of vermicelli.

Adding the vermicelli is an optional step and can be skipped. Instead of green peas, you can give beans. The recipe for this soup is not recorded anywhere, it is arbitrary. I cook it the way I like it. You can make any changes.

We continue to cook for 5-7 minutes. At the end, we add fresh greens:
