Breakfast should be light and nutritious. Light, because you just woke up and your stomach is not yet ready to work fully. Nutritious due to the fact that a hard working day is ahead, and lunch is still far away.
That is why people often choose scrambled eggs for breakfast. But what to do when your child is fed up with scrambled eggs? I solved this problem by making an egg roll.
To prepare an egg roll, I need:
- eggs - 3 pcs.;
- milk - 100 ml.;
- salt and pepper - to taste.
I salt and pepper the eggs and beat them well. Then I add milk and continue to beat again.
I pour the whipped mixture into a preheated pan.
In order for the omelette to be well baked, it must be covered with a lid.
When the omelette is fried on one side, I carefully turn it over to the other side and cover it with a lid again.
The omelet is not fried for long. It should be fluffy and delicate like a cloud. When it is fried on both sides, I put it on a plate and roll it into a roll while it is still warm. I wanted to add fried sausage and freshly chopped vegetables to the omelette: tomato, cucumber and bell pepper.
