Hello! Cooking posts allow me to combine the pleasant with the useful. Today, thinking about what to cook with my daughter for her breakfast, I settled on delicious and healthy pancakes. First of all, children love them very much, because you can add such goodies as jam, condensed milk, Nutella, etc. to them. Secondly, the process of making pancakes is so interesting that children are happy to participate.
Milk pancakes are a delicious option for lovers of sweet breakfasts with tea or coffee. This is such a quick breakfast that you can prepare it while the kettle is boiling.
For cooking we need:
- 250 ml of milk;
- 3 tablespoons of oil;
- 1 egg;
- 4 tablespoons of sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder;
- 170 g of flour.
First we mixed eggs, sugar, milk and butter. It is not necessary to beat with a mixer, so my daughter carefully mixed the products with a fork by hand. So the pancakes will be fluffy.
Then we mixed the flour, salt, baking powder and mixed it into the milk mixture. It is necessary to mix well so that there are no lumps, so my daughter and I changed each other. It is not necessary to knead the dough strongly, if the flour becomes sticky, the pancakes will turn out "rubbery".
Then you need to heat a dry pan. We poured 2 tablespoons of batter onto it and fried it until the first bubbles appeared on the pancake. Turn over to the other side and fry until a tender, even crust.
Then you need to turn the pancake over.
That's it, the first pancake is ready. Fry the rest of the pancakes in the same way. We fried 10 pancakes. Then we poured jam over them and decorated them with blackberries.
