Once again I wanna share my delicacy today the sinangag crabs.
The secret of having a delicious crab dish is it must be freshly caught from the ocean. Fortunately, we have local fishermen catches crabs early morning and I'm lucky to meet them with their fresh crabs.
My favorite recipe of these crabs is a "sinangag crabs". It is so easy and fast to prepare. It is simply cooked by its extracted water within. I add a little sprite drinks and seasoned with a little salt. Cooked it in a medium heat and when its color turned into orange, adjust the fire to low until no more water left on the pan. Then, it's a sign that the crabs is already cooked.
The delicious sinangag crabs is now ready to serve. Let's eat!
