Good day everyone!
It's an honor to share with you all my simple but nutritious recipe for today my delicacy I called it "Sari-saring Tinola" it means that a mix kind of seafoods in a soup. It is compose of crabs, shrimps, and fish.
I used to cooked crabs in sinangag style it means without water. But this time I tried to cook it together with the fish and shrimp and make a tinola soup. It is a perfect recipe in a rainy morning. To make it more nutritious I simply add moringa leaves fresh from my garden.
My favorite parts of a tinola fish is the eyes and the head. I really enjoy biting every single head bones of the fresh fish. It satisfies my cravings.
This is my first time to prepare tinola together with crabs but I never regrets it. I love biting the crab feet and extracting the small juicy meat inside it's crab legs.
We eat it without a hurry and it takes time but it really satisfies and make us full. We enjoy our meal.
