Hi, dear SIC fellows!
Today I'm happy to join the New Weekly Dynamic in the Steemit Iron Chef Community with this delicious passion fruit mojito I had a little while ago, at Tatami. Today is Friday, and the topics are #sicdesserts & #sicdrinks, and our dear SIC Leader @crisvera is in charge :)

The basic recipe for Cuban Mojitos contains rum, lemon, sugar, slightly crushed yerbabuena, and a good deal of ice.
Today we worked until late, as usually on Fridays, so we went for take-out.
We decided to buy Japanese food from Tatami. We ordered sushi rolls y some sides. We drank a couple of mojitos as we waited.
They offered us traditional and passion fruit. We went for the latter :p
They had passion fruit juice, rum, sparkling soda, some slices of fresh lemon, sugar, and yerbabuena.
It had plenty of crushed ice.
They served them in jars, with cut straws.
We enjoyed our mojitos after a long working ours.
