Hi, dear SIC fellows!
Today I'm happy to join the New Weekly Dynamic in the Steemit Iron Chef Community with this delicious and attractive sauté of tenderloin strips.

Making this sautéed meat strips is quite simple: julien onions and green bell pepper, season with Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of salt. Sauté evrything together for 7 minutes , et voilà!
To accompany this sautéed meat, I baked a baby pumpkin. I split it open lengthwise with a sharp knife and rubbed it with butter, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
I also made a classic homemade coleslaw.
There are many ways to version coleslaw. I love this one, with red cabbage, green cabbage, coarsely shredded carrots and a sweet and sour dressing with homemade mayonnaise.
In Venezuela, cabbage is very inexpensive; besides, making a mayonnaise at home costs very little. So this salad is very popular.
You will see it as a side dish in many menus in restaurants and homes all over the country. Although many will use commercial mayonnaise because it's more practical.
For this dressing, I mix 3 parts of homemade mayonnaise with 1 part of vinegar; then I add sugar and salt to taste.
I always keep the dressing aside.
Our lunch was a delight.

Sin duda es un gran menú y las fotos son hermosas. La carne en tiras es muy práctica de preparar, y la combinación con la ensalada y la calabaza horneada es una gran opción. Te felicito y gracias por compartirla con nosotros.

Hola, @alicargofer. La carne salteada está lista en 10 minutos o menos, dependiendo del corte; súper práctica para no perder tiempo y comer rico. Te recomiendo las calabacitas horneadas, así con mantequilla y pimienta. Quedan riquísimas. Gracias por tu linda visita :)
