What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals and vitamins to the body?
Many foods that provide vitamins nutrients and minerals and good things to our body, such as milk, eggs, meat, vegetables, fruits, etc. They provide many vitamins in our body. We should eat these things better than outside things so that the vitamins and minerals and nutrients etc. present in our body are included.
Do you consider your diet to be healthy?
Yes, I consider my diet to be healthy. I keep my diet very good and also feed my children with good food. For example, I give eggs to my children and myself for breakfast so that the body does not lack vitamins. After dinner and breakfast, I must eat vegetables and fruits in the afternoon and in the evening I cook meat etc. at home and give it to the children, I make fresh juice and drink it myself and give it to the children.
Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?
Just above I have shared this picture to you people, I add these things to my daily diet and I will say the same thing to you people that you should also use these things more often, our body also lacks these things. It goes away and the minerals and nutrients are less in our body , so by eating these things, all these things are fulfilled.
