Today I will be sharing a post on how i prepared my coconut rice and dodo
Coconut rice is a special food that's always cooked in many important events, parties, eateries and it can be also prepared by anyone who want to do it. I decided to cooked coconut rice because I always enjoy the taste with that I will share with everyone here the way I prepared my coconut rice demonstrating from the beginning to the end show some steps that's required in adding some ingredients for your coconut rice to have a delicious taste.
I will first of all list the ingredients I use to prepared my own which was has listed below.
ingredients:
. Rice
. 2 Coconut
. Crayfish
. Onions
. Plantain
. Pepper
. Maggi
. Salt

Step 1.
I first of all start by grinding the coconut into pieces using local grinder after that I put it in a container.
step 2.
I boil hot and pour on the grinded coconut to extract water from the coconut pieces, after obtaining the water I boil another water for parboiling my rice.

I parboil the rice after parboiling the rice I add small coconut water then add all the ingredients to the rice, (expect the onions which I put when the rice is all must done), after that I add the coconut water to the rice and turned it for the ingredients to go everyway, after that I place it on my cooking gas for it to be done soon.

While the coconut rice is on fire I started preparing the ripe plantain for dodo,
I peel the ripe plantains and slice it into a container.

When the rice was all must done I add the onions to it, after some minutes my coconut rice was ready.

I placed pot on the gas and add my oil that I will use to fried the ripe plantains.
step 7.
I fried my ripe plantains, after frying it now my dodo is now ready to be consumed with the coconut rice.
With all the steps I was able to prepared my delicious coconut rice as simple as that no much stressed.
Coconut rice and dodo is a very good food that contains a lot of health benefits to the body,
Below are the health benefits of coconut rice:
. Good sources of manganese: coconut rice is rich source of manganese mineral in the body system, which play a crucial role in developing the bone health.
. Rich in fiber: coconut rice is also the best source of dietary fiber that help lower cholesterol levels in human body and provide healthy blood Sugar level to the body system.
Then for the plantains:
. Rich the potassium: this is the good sources of potassium, is a special mineral that helps maintain blood pressure, increase bone health and support muscle function.
There are also many more benefits of this food which I have not been able to mention all.
