Sugar powder ☞ Contains calcium, potassium, magnesium.

[Warning] : People with diabetes can replace white sugar with sugar free. And if the ripe mango is too sweet then there is no need to give sugar free.
Materials:
☞ Ripe mangoes 3/4.
☞ Liquid milk 1 glass.
☞Sugar powder - 1 cup.
Preparation Method:
Step 1 ➤
First, the ripe mangoes should be washed well with water. After washing the mango well, peel the mango.
2nd Step ➤
After removing the skin of the mangoes, the mangoes should be mashed by hand and the pulp should be removed. Mashed mango should be mixed well in a mixer for 4 seconds.
3rd Step ➤
Once the mango is mixed, add liquid milk to it and mix well for 10 seconds.
4th Step ➤
When mango and milk are mixed well, add sugar powder and mix for 2 seconds. Then Mango milk sak will be completely ready.
Mango Milk Sak can be made very easily using few ingredients available at home. Because it is made at home, there is no possibility of mixing any adulterous chemicals in it. Every food prepared at home is always healthy. After making my Mango milk sak, I let everyone drink it. Everyone was drinking it with great pleasure.
