Mango Panna Recipe

How are you my dear friends, Alhamdulillah I am fine too. Seasonal fruits are always good to eat seasonally. But mangoes are available in abundance during summer. And in Bangladesh, the mango of Rajshahi division is the most famous. Today I will make a recipe with raw mango called Mango Panna. Before telling the recipe I will give some information about the nutritional value of the ingredients I will use.

Raw mango
☞Raw mangoes contain vitamins and proteins, among other nutrients.
☞Vitamin-minerals and antioxidants are rich in enzymes.

Mint leaves
☞ Eliminates bad breath.
☞Increases digestion.
☞Helps reduce stress.
☞Relieves nausea.
☞ Helps to relieve pain in hands, feet and body.
☞Mint leaves help to keep the body cool.

Lemon
☞Lemon vitamin C.
☞Helps reduce body fat.
☞Helps in weight loss.
☞Good for lungs.
☞Controls pH only.
☞Removes the impression of age.

Beat Salt
☞ Increases digestive power.
☞Increases nutrition in body cell material.
☞Contains nutrients and minerals that help strengthen bones in the body.

Dry chillies
☞Vitamin A is there.
☞Helps in maintaining good eyesight.

Sugar Powder
☞ Contains calcium, potassium, magnesium.

[Caution] People with diabetes and dieters can use sugar free sugar instead of powdered sugar.

Now let's come to the main recipe.

Materials :

Step 1

  • 6 raw mangoes
  • Mint leaves
  • Sugar powder to taste
  • Bit salt - 2 tsp
  • Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lemon

2nd Step

First, the raw mangoes should be washed and boiled.

3rd Step

When the mangoes are cooked, cool them. Remove the flour and mix well.

4th Step

Then fry some dry chillies. Make chili flakes with it.

Step 5

Then grind 1 cup of sugar and make sugar powder. You can also give 1 cup or more. Who wants to eat sweets.

6th Step

In a mixer, mash mangoes, mint leaves, sugar powder, bit of salt, chili flakes and little water and make a good mixture.

Step 7

After mixing, squeeze the sliced ​​lemon into a glass, add some ice cubes and serve with the mango panna dar mixture.
It is very tasty to eat.
