As I mentioned before I love cooking and I like to try new things often so I consider myself to be the best because if there is any function or feast in the house, I am always the first one to prepare the food. So in every function my mommy told me to prepare good dishes.
If I were to talk about anyone other than myself, it would obviously be my mother because we have always grown up eating her food and she always made it for us, so I can never forget it because she is my first priority.

I learned cooking mostly from my mom because my mom is a great cook and always cooks great food so it was easy for me to learn from her and I learned a lot by watching her.It was a great experience because I learned from watching my mother so it has been quite an easy and amazing experience in my life. Maybe it was because my teacher was my mother. And sometimes which I don't understand how to cook I ask my mom and there are some things I want to make with different taste...like my mom cooks regular food so I try to make different. If I add my own taste, I search all of them on YouTube and also learn them by watching videos.

If I ever get this chance, I have so many dishes floating around in my mind and sometimes it's very difficult to choose one. There is one that I would like to use for this contest.So in my opinion, maybe it will be the kofte dish (Meat balls curry) ,

it is not that making kofte is a very difficult task or an art work or cannot be made with normal people. But I have tried to make the taste more unique by tinkering with this recipe by including a bit different spices.Because this recipe is made of meat and is a bit expensive, it is very difficult to make it everyday. These are the dishes that are preferred only when there is a function at home or for guest. I think having meat in everyday's house seems difficult.

The question is quite easy for me to answer because we are talking about cooking and the first name that comes to my mind is my friend's @rumaisha because I appreciate her cooking a lot because I have never eaten her food.
