my fruit and food

Introduction

I eat fruits like grapes,strawberry, foods like rice. Beans ,garri,light junk food like pizza, All this is what i consume in a moderate way so that I will get the benefits it gives to the body.

What is healthy eating for you?

Healthy eating is when you eat food that can make you strong and healthy in a good proportion without over eating it.

🔸 What is the importance of eating foods that provide nutrients, minerals and vitamins to the body?

Eating food that has nutrients,minerals and vitamins is very important because it will supports all the cells in the body. Eating good food helps the body function well.

🔸 Do you consider your diet to be healthy?

I try everyday to make sure that my diet is healthy,so I can say the food I eat are healthy because they have all that the body requires. I wash the food that are washable before eating and avoid much of can foods.

🔸 Which are the foods that you consume most in your daily menu, do you consider that they are the right ones to maintain a healthy diet?

  • Water. Drinking water every day makes our body to be hydrated by my regular intake of water daily it helps me to maintain a healthy life style.

  • fruits.

  • vegetable

  • Nuts.

🔸 Detail from your criteria a healthy menu for the day, (breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, drink etc)

My white rice ,water and banga stew

This was my lunch,I chose this food because it contains all the classes of food that I need . The rice has carbohydrate which gives me energy . The banga stew has low fat this will help my structure to be maintained.

Conclusion

Considering how some deadly diseases are been found because some harmful food ,we as human should try our best to avoid any food that will cause harm to our cells and eat the foods that are healthy so that we can live long.
