Today I want to share my healthy snacks which is made by Spanish.
Palak Roll:-
Ingredients:- Large spinach leaves, gram flour, one big boiled potato and a little paneer, one green chilli, Chat Masala, salt, red chilly powder,refined oil for frying.
Method of Preparation:-
Step 1-
First of all, break the large spinach leaves, then wash them well with water, keep them in a sieve for a little moisture
Step 2-
After that mash boiled potato and add a little paneer to it, chop one green chilli, add a little Chat Masala, salt and a little red chilli, now mash this mixture well, keep the Palak leaves in which we have applied flour in a plate,
Step 3-
then fold the potato-paneer mixture in the manner shown and make a roll, when all the rolls are ready, mix some gram flour in a ball.
Step 4-
keep the gram flour batter in such a way that we can dip the spinach roll, prepare it by adding a little salt and Chat Masala to the gram flour.

Now fry these Palak rolls while dipping them. Believe me, such delicious Palak rolls will be prepared and they will also be healthy. Serve it hot with other green chutney and sauce and enjoy it.
