Here comes another dish on sunday, since sunday is a holiday so here comes a special recipe which is healthy and easy to make.
Name of the recipe - Murmura Chila
Ingredients for making puffed rice cheela:
- 1/2 cup puffed rice,
- 1/2 cup gram flour,
- 1 capsicum,
- 1 onion, little green chilli,
- salt as per taste,
- 1/2 teaspoon Chat Masala.
- Panner
Steps to make
Step 1:
Wash the puffed rice thoroughly in a sieve and take it out in a bowl.
Step 2:
Then add 1/2 cup gram flour to it.Now add enough water to it so that a thick batter is prepared
Step 3:
Then finely chop green chilli, capsicum and onion.
Step 4:
After this, add salt, red chilli, garam masala and chat masala as per taste and prepare a paste.
Step 5:
Place a non-stick pan on the gas and grease it lightly with refined oil.
Step 6:
Then put small sized puffed rice on it. Now put little refined oil around it and fry them on medium flame from both sides.
Very tasty puffed rice cheela is ready. Add grated panner into it.You can enjoy it with green chutney and sauce.
