Today I would like to share a recipe of Aloo tikku with all of you.
Aloo Tikki:- Ingredients for making Tikki:- 7 to 8 boiled potatoes, three to four green chillies, one bowl of raw peas, half a bowl of boiled gram dal, one spoon of Chat Masala, half a spoon of Garam Masala, half a spoon of red chilli powder, salt according to taste, 5 to 6 spoons of corn flour, refined oil for frying or frying.
Method of making:- First of all, mash the boiled potatoes, then add corn flour to it, add salt according to taste, finely chop two green chillies.
Now knead this mixture well and make a dough. After this, prepare the filling for the filling. For that, add one spoon of refined oil in the pan, then add peas to it and press it. Keep it covered for 5 to 7 minutes and keep stirring in between.
Add a pinch of salt to it. Now add the finger gram dal with both these peas. Along with this, add two to three green chillies finely chopped, add Chat Masala, add red chilli powder, add Garam Masala and add salt according to taste and prepare this filling.
Now in the next step, we will make a big ball of potato tikki as per the size you want to make. Then flatten it on your hand and fill it with the filling and then fold it from the top and make a ball again. Now you can make them as you like,
if you want to make them on the spot then you can deep fry them in a pan and if you want to learn it then you can also cook them on a pan. Your hot and spicy tikki is ready. We can serve them by adding curd, sweet chutney and green chutney, they taste different.
