Here present another healthy and tasty dish, that I made today.
"Healthy Paneer Patties"
Ingredients :
- One cup boiled chickpeas.
- Two green chillies.
- Two teaspoons chopped coriander leaves.
- 100 grams paneer.
- half a bowl of finely chopped cabbage.
- 2 to 3 teaspoons gram flour.
- two to three teaspoons semolina.
- salt according to taste one teaspoon chaat masala.
- A quarter teaspoon black pepper.
Method of preparation:
Step 1:
take a bowl of boiled chole and keep it aside. Put those choles in a bowl, add two to three spoons of semolina, two to three teaspoons gram flour, salt according to taste, chopped green chillies and coriander leaves and black pepper, mash it and make a dough.
Step 2:
Now make three balls out of these two, three or four balls, as many as you need, and take one ball so big that we can make slices like bread.
Step 3:
Now spread the dough on a rolling board or any flat surface by applying ghee on it. When it becomes as big as bread, cut its edges and bring it in a bread-like shape from all sides. Now spread the chopped cabbage on it in the triangular part. Now cut the paneer in the triangular shape and place it on the cabbage and apply chaat masala on it properly so that it does not taste bland.
Step 4:
Now fold the side part on the other part and keep it like a patty. Press the edges well and place it on a non-stick pan and fry it on a low flame for 10 to 15 minutes by turning it over and applying ghee or refined oil.
Your "Healthy Paneer Patties" are ready. Now eat it with sauce or green chutney.
