How was the first round of the 2nd act!? I looks like many have enjoyed the first round a lot...specially when I see how many entries we've received!!!

After the closing of round 01...Now it's time for me to kick off the 2nd Round of SIC 2021 Act 2!!!

Brief Description of SIC 2021 Act 2

Each Friday I will announce a theme and all our contestants will have until the coming Friday to submit their entry based on that theme...

The 2nd act will have 15 rounds in total and each round the top 7 entries will share a reward of 40 STEEM.

Finishing in the top 7 also gives you bonus points which will be calculated each round to form the SIC 2021 Act 2 League!!! Please note that in act 2, only the top 7 will get points for the league...

STEEMIT IRON CHEF 2021 ACT 2 ROUND 02

The theme on which our contestants will have to work on for round 2 is.....TAAAADAAAAAAHHHH!!!

CHILDHOOD MEMORIES!!!

Certainly most of us have one or some dishes that we have always loved...since we were young and still now...

It can be a baby food, or a junk food, or a snack, or a drink, or maybe a dessert...For this 2nd round I want the contestants to re-produce their favorite childhood dish and elevate it to the Steemit Iron Chef level!!!

Simply make us discover your childhood most favorite food and present it to the Steemit Iron Chef world by elevating it to the level of our community!

Again this a round where the contestants are free to decide what they gonna do...Don't forget to make it nice!

Before anyone ask, let me clarify that you can use any products you wish for this 2nd round! A little story behind your entry will surely make you win some more points!

As mentioned many times now, for the 2nd act, our main goal will be to grow the SP of SIC so that in the future we can sustain ourselves and not wait for support from curators - This will take time but we need to start somewhere!

Check out the rules of our contest and please do respect them for you to be eligible for the different rewards...

• You will have to create a post and title your entry 'Steemit Iron Chef 2021 Act 2 Round 02 : Name of your dish' and post in the SIC community only!
• Make either a starter or main course or dessert based on the theme of the week!
• Put @steemit-ironchef as your post payout beneficiary is mandatory now and gives you a big chance to be selected for support from @booming account!
• Only one entry per person is allowed.
• Make sure to use #steemit-ironchef as your first tag, so that I don't miss your entry!
• Only new recipes will be accepted, so I will need minimum one photo with your name and date on it.
• I don't need to see your step by step preparations/recipes or pictures of you... just make the list of the products used, describe your dish and add some photos of the dish to get my attention!
  Make it sweet and simple!!!
• Post a link of your entry on the announcement post and also share your entry on our discord channel - Steemit Iron Chef Discord Channel!
• Sharing your post on Twitter using the tag Steemit and Steemitironchef is very much appreciated to spread the words further!

• Try not to mention @steemcurator01, any other curators and myself when writing your posts please, getting 100s of notifications is not a pleasure at all!

For you guys to get an idea of how I judge the entries, below is the evaluation sheet that I will use for each and every participant/entries of Steemit Iron Chef.

Please note that I will be the only one judging all the entries based on my 20 years career/experience as a professional Chef.

Communities support

For the month of September, we are going to get the support of booming accounts and we will apply again for October...we just hope to get to that big support soon!

Everyday, I nominate 4 participants posts for votes...if you want to be in that 4, all you need is to respect our rules and guidelines and most important put @steemit-ironchef as post beneficiary!!!

STEEMIT IRON CHEF 2021 ACT 2 LEAGUE

The total points earned each week by the top 7 contestants (see table above) will be sent on the below table to make the rankings of the Steemit Iron Chef 2021 ACT 2 League!

The one getting the most of points will top the league at the end of the Second Act which comprises of 15 weeks/rounds!

The more consistent someone is in participating, the better chance to top the league!

There will be nice rewards for the ones finishing in the top 25 this time...to be disclosed at a later stage!!!
