Hello everyone. Happy weekend. For today im presenting white rice. Ive been cooking my rice with vinegar. It is just a tablespoon of any vinegar available will be added to the water. Dont worry, the rice wont be sour or vinegary when cooked with it. I just noticed that the texture is better and becomes more fluffy. I just enjoy it that way. Plus it doesnt spoil easily. I didnt do research on it but im assuming it is because of the antimicrobial properties of vinegar that prevents or slows down some growth on the cooked rice.

Anyway.. overnight or day old rice is still my preference when making fried rice. This is the easiest egg fried rice that i know Uncle Roger will not approved of. Sorry Uncle Roger.😜

Mix well 2 whole eggs with overnight rice. Do this so that every puffy grain would have eggs on it.
Heat the pan with oil and stir fry. Season with salt or soy sauce. I used salt here.

Note: As always you can up a notch this easy recipe. Just add your favorite veggie and meat with it.
