Preparing Beef for Cooking Halim,
Step 1,
I cut the beef into small pieces and washed it well. Then I poured it into a frying pan.

This time, I added all the spices, including chopped onion, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin paste, and turmeric powder.

Then I added turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, salt, and oil.

Then I put the stove on to slowly cook the meat.

After cooking the meat for a while, I poured water to boil and added some green chilies.

Now the meat will continue to cook for a while until the meat is cooked. And you will have to stir it occasionally.

This time the meat is cooked and the broth has also dried up, I will turn off the stove.
Then the next preparation for cooking Halim.

Now I took two packets of Halim mixed. I poured them into a bowl.

After the Halim is poured, I will soak it in lukewarm water for about 15 minutes.

This is my next step. I have put a frying pan on the stove and put about a cup of oil in it.

When the oil is hot, I will pour some onion slices to make the beresta.

You have to stir it for 5-10 minutes because if you stir the onions, the onions will burn, some places will turn red and some places will not.

After frying for a while, when the onions turn red, I will turn off the stove. And I will take the beresta in a separate container.

Now, when the oil is fried, I will pour the halima that I had soaked in the oil.

Then stir it frequently. Then add enough hot water. So that the halima grains are cooked.
Step 17,
Then stir it frequently. After a while, when the Halim grains come to a boil, add the amount of green chilies that you like to eat spicy.
Step 18,
Then stir again for a while. Pour the spices that are inside the Halim Mishti. Since I have cooked two packets of Halim Mix, I have added two packets of spices.
Step 19,
After boiling for a while, I will pour the meat that I cooked for Halim. Then stir again.
Step 20,
Then add a little salt to taste and wait for the halima to thicken.
Step 21,
Finally, before turning off the stove, I will add the fried parathas that I had kept. I will also turn off the stove with some chopped coriander leaves.
Step 22,
This time, the hot Halim Mix is ββready. It's time to serve.
Step 23,
I served it in a beautiful bowl and added lemon, cucumber and coriander leaves.
