How are you all ? Hope you all are well. Alhamdulillah I am fine too. I am back to you again with another new recipe post. Today I will share a popular recipe of rural people Which is sometimes done in our house. It is mainly made with winter vegetables Let's start-


All of you will probably see and eat Puishak. It also has a kind of result. That is called Puishak fruit. Many people like to eat it. And one of my favorite My mother actually cooks a meal at home. Today I came to share with you.

Puinshak fruit fried recipe with potatoes.

Materials-

  1. potatoes
  2. The fruit of the cockroach.
  3. Green chillies.
  4. onion
  5. turmeric powder
  6. salt
  7. the oil

Step-1.

First cut the fruits of Puishak and the potatoes into small pieces. Then wash with clean water. You may be angry that I don't mention quantities in my recipes. In fact, take as much as you want to cook. I took as much as I needed. Along with this, onion and pepper should be cut.

Now put a pot in the oven and put oil in it. When the oil gets hot, add chopped onion and pepper and stir well for some time.

Now I gave the cut potatoes and Puishak fruits. Add turmeric powder and salt to taste and stir well.

After stirring for a long time, when it gets boiled, taste test and take it down.
