Hello Everybody,

Welcome to my belog How are you all.I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan.Today here I am again participating SLC-22w4|Bakery course semi- sweetbread with savory filling.This is out standing amazing and fruitful home task assignment.I am Thankful for my teacher chef@yenny47 and @katherine021.to giving me a opportunity to bring my abilities.

Let's move towards and starts

Semi sweet bread with savory filling

Ingredients.Quantity
Flour.500 gm (450gmfor dough 50gm for sprinkling
Butter.3 table spoon
Warm milk.125 ml
Salt.7 GM
Egg.1 for dough and 1for egg yolk for brush the bread
Dry yeast.10gm
Warm milk.125gm ( for yeast)
Salt.7 GM ( for yeast)

Chicken bone lesshalf kg
Salt.1 table spoon
Red chilli1 tea spoon
Black paper1/2 table spoon
Ginger garlic powder1 table spoon
Chat masala2 table spoon
Oil1tea spoon

activate yeast

The first step termination of yeast .it's very easy and simple process .Which we have learned very well in our previous lesson. In bowl add warm milk 125ml ,sugar 1 table spoon flour 1 table spoon 10 GM of yeast mix it very well.let it rest about 20 minutes . When bubble rise in mixture and it's rise up to more then double.

second step

knead the dough

Before knead the dough. I start washing my hands for making dough add flour in bowl hole in flour add sugar,butter,eggs, milk add fermented mixture in it. Mixed all the ingredients with hands.after 10 minutes I knead the dough .kneading is very important for food bread .The better the dough is knead ,the better the bread is turn out .

A good soft bread can also be made when you have kneaded it very well.After that leave the dough for two hours so that it rises well and cover it up.(Resting time is very important to make a good dough)

When the dough has risen well and doubled in size, remove the air bubbles and push it very lightly with your hands to release all the air.In the other hand I prepared chicken filling .

procedure

Add chicken in bowl all the spices red chilli,black paper,salt,ginger garlic powder soya sauce for 15 minutes for marination then heat the pen with oil and frying chicken . Cooked chicken about 15 minutes when chicken is tender and juicy .

After that I make the dough round circle and make it rest .then I made big round circle shape of dough .

After that I cut it with the help of knife of triangle shape in the centre I made chicken filling.Turnes the corners of the dough from both sides and roll it's rolled .

And add chicken filling .This is very important point assembling of bread very carefully .Add the chicken very gently into the bread, not overfilling.i like chicken so I add chicken .it's up to your choice .add vegetables ,minced,cheese,etc.i like spices because I am Pakistani. In Pakistani cousins add many spices in filling breads .

Keep it in filling breads in grease tray.for rest for 20 minutes

I brush the egg youlk,sugar,water on bread with the help of brush.

Baked the bread with 25 minutes.checked the colour and texture of bread.

Now my sweet bread with salty savory chicken filling is ready to serve .

why can't yeast and salt can't be added together when preparing bread dough ? Explain your answer?

There are some fallacies surrounding this subject,such as the rumour that salt kills yeast.if
this were true,though,I think all breads would be tasteless because there would be no way to incorporate pall in toany bread recipe.we must never forget that saltis and essential in all baking recipes:even sweet loaves have a tiny amount of salt .when it comes to cooking in general,salt is an ingredient that only gives food a salty touch but also bring out the flavours of every thing else.Try creating cake one day without adding salt for instance,and then let me know have it turned up keeping mind that margarine typically has just a perfect quantity of salt.The gluten in wheat flour,the warm waters temperature changes d the sweet touch of sugar all work together to activate yeast rather then killing it out right.when salt is added to a preference,the sweetness that the sugar provides is automatically reduced,which slow down the yeast activity and prevents the preferences from working .

In your country what is the most popular with a savory filling and what drink is usually served with it? Include photo to of this traditional bread?

Basically I am Pakistani it's culture and cuisine is totally different from the other countries .if we take about the famous savory bread .The most loved and relished by people is cheese pizza bread.These large bakeries and restaurants have a pizza bread that is of a very high quality.It has the best kind of chicken and cheese filling which looks very tasty And it is usually served with ( cold drink)Pepsi in feasts at home.

I live in karachi .karachi is the big city of Pakistan .but we talk about the other cities of Pakistan like Punjab ,Multan the bread is totally change in filling of bread different things like mince filled up paratha,chicken naan, Aloo Ka paratha etc.in Pakistan sweet and savory both the breads like it but more the savory bread mostly people like them with a lot of seasonings.

If you have opportunity to invite a foreign user to eat stuffed bread,who would you choose and what bread would you offer them?

Of course I will invite my foreign steemit friend@dasudi .I will feed them with my hand made semi- sweet bread with savory bread.I have made this bread many times in my home and it turns out very good.And I'll be more than happy to make and present it.

Because I have a lot of practice with filling bread and make it very well.I want you to try this bread in Pakistani style with different seasonings.The taste of eating what is made at home is something else.
