What is the food that you don't like because of its texture?

I love food especially good food. So far I eat food as long as it taste nice. The food I don't really like but I eat it because of the nutritional value is "Eba and soup".

Eba and vegetable soup

Eba is made from Garri gotten from processed cassava. The processed cassava is dried and fried to produce Garri. Now Garri we make Eba. Eba is a mixture of hot water and Garri.

The texture of Eba is thick and is swallowed not chewed. It's usually swallowed with and type of soup. Eba and soup is mostly eaten in some part of Africa especially Nigeria.

While I was growing up, i didn't like eating Eba and soup. But as got into the university, I just had to learn how to eat it because my friends forced me. Now I only eat it because of what it gives to the body. But guess what? This food is enjoyed so much by many.

What combinations of foods that are not common have you found delicious?

I love to try out new food combinations, infact am good at it. Once I convinced my friend for us to combine a particular meal together, do you know that after eating, nothing happened to her but I had stomach bloating after eating. It continued for days that I felt so uncomfortable.

The combination of food I presently discovered that is not common and taste so nice is pancakes with a touch of ketchup and salad eating with custard and milk.

You can try my combination out, it's so cool. My friend tried it too and she loved it.

Have you ever eaten a food you didn't like just out of politeness?

Oh yes I have attempted eaten a particular food out of politeness. During my national youth service, I was posted to the northern part of Nigeria to serve.

I wasn't familiar to some of their meal. One day I visited the house of a student I usually give home lessons. Her mum was so excited to meet me, she has never met me because the times I came for home lessons she she wasn't at home.

She quickly went and got me one of the local meals. I don't know the name in English. But it is called Gwote. I didn't know what to do when she presented it to me. The ingredients for cooking Gwote are numerous such as groudnuts, cabbage, onions, red pepper and bell pepper, with acha.

I practically forced myself to eat that meal. But that was the last time I ate that food. I rushed home to throw up. I don't have a picture.

If you had to eat the same food all year round, what would it be?

This is so funny but I will respond. There are several meals I would like to eat all year round but for the sake of this contest I will tell you just one.

The food I would eat all year round if I have to eat the same food will be noodles with boiled plantain or fried

The noodles must be cooked with fresh peppers and the noodles should not be cooked totally dried, there should be little water left in it. This is how I love my noodles.

If the love of your life was a sweet, what would it be and why?

If the love of my love was a sweet, then it will be milk chocolate sweet. Generally I love chocolates. The Smooth feeling and delicious tender taste it gives is out of this world.

Milk chocolate sweet doesn't give any issues with taste and texture so I choose it because the love of my love is sweet and full of pleasure.

Milk Chocolates are not so strong even though they may look like it,but once you put it in your mouth it dissolves. The love of my life might look though or hard but definitely the soft hearted person I know.
