The types of dishes made are Chicken Kadhahi and Chicken Biryani which is the gift of our region and it is widely consumed by the people and it is the most loved food which is eaten in our region.

Every city has its own specialty of food, it has its own choice of people and according to that, some dishes are cooked there, some dishes are cooked at home, but on the contrary, some dishes are available in the markets. Although people like some food that they have to order from other areas for example like we order online delivery or order pizza online delivery and many other foods that are very common nowadays.

It has become easy for people to order cooked food and what is available from the cities. On the contrary, some people have their own specialty. No, I am talking about my own area. In my area, most of the chicken biryani, chicken korma, and chicken kadhai are cooked in my area and are loved by the people here.

This is the tradition of our area, especially when some guests come to our area, we cook it with passion and do good for the sake of the guests. Because this is the tradition of our region, in my house we also cook special chicken biryani, chicken korma and chicken kadahi. Twice we prepare this Jo Hai at home and everyone eats it with great enthusiasm because of its unique taste and deliciousness.

As I have mentioned earlier that everything needs some ingredients to make it delicious and we get those ingredients from spices. And Chicken Biryani which is a special souvenir of our region, it uses different ingredients which we get from the shop, however all these are food items, it is special in the shop we get it from. As the ingredients which are available in these shops all of them which we use in cooking chicken korma in cooking other cooking ingredients are following I tell you.

They mention the dishes in many places and they also go with them, because they arrive there as a souvenir and they are mentioned there, then they are mentioned in our area.
