Hello all my steemit friends and foodie friends and I hope everyone is well. Today I am going to share my daily delicious healthy yummy breakfast manu and lunch manu. As a bengali i always try to represent bengali homemade foods sothat everyone can know about the Bengali culture and bengali foods. Today i am sharing my delicious manu and some fishing moments how i enjoyed when my father was fishing.
Today's breakfast manu is very ordinary and healthy food. Though this breakfast manu is very ordinary, this foods has many traditional. Today's breakfast manu was
Panta rice
Malabar spinach curry with shrimp fish
Ripe mango
Sugar
Onion

After eating breakfast manu,i took many times rest because of heat weather and because summer heat is increasing day by day. After that i went with my father to catch fish . Actually my father was fishing infront of my house canal , at that moment i enjoyed that view and captured in phone camera. He got some Puntius fish from our canal .from there i returned our house and then my father was fishing in my pond .At that moment i captured that moment.

I explained with joy that my father got big siz tilapia fish from our pond and i captured that moment when fish has been arrested in net and i enjoyed very much and as a interesting fun , i took one selfie on this tilapia fish and now i am sharing
After bathing i took some rest and studies one hours,then i ate lunch manu and today's launch manu was very healthy and delicious tasty Bengali dish. Today's launch manu was very alluring and homemade tasteful bengali dishes. Now i am sharing

Ladies finger's bharta recipe is very healthy and tasty food and if i add frying dry chilli with ladies finger's bharta, definitely we will get more taste from this recipe.For this reason i added frying dry chilli with ladies finger's bharta recipe.Banana stem is very healthy and yummy. But i add shrimp fish with banana stem for increasing taste. Chal kumra curry recipe with shrimp fish is very healthy for our human bodies in this summer season.It is very comfortable for digestion.As a bengali i ate rice three terms and gourd fruit is very tasty. After eating launch manu, i ate Gourd for digestion.So you can make this dishes very easily.
