🍝 Háblanos de las salsas para pastas que conoces (bolognesa, al pesto, carbonara, cuatro quesos, napolitana, de vegetales, tradicionales, etc) y cual es la que mas preparas en casa, como te gusta comerla?
🍝 Que significa para ti la expresion "me gusta la pasta al dente"
🍝 Que piensas de algunas premisas que apoyan que la pasta, es potente contribuyente a la obesidad y enfermedafes como la diabetes?
Recuerda, nos encantaria compartas las mejores fotografias propias de tus preparaciones con pasta y si tienes alguna receta en particular, también puedes compartirla, demuestranos ademas de sabor, tu amor por la pasta

Welcome chefs to season 13 in this week 2 where we bring a simple and fun contest, we hope that many will join to participate in: "I celebrate pasta with flavor and love"
🍝Pasta, this versatile carbohydrate, has proven to be the favorite of millions of palates around the world for its flavor, practicality and multiple forms of repair; We hardly find diners who do not sympathize with it gastronomically and there is a great variety of sauces or predominant ingredients that give that special touch to them; So we want you to tell us about your predilections and other details with this sought-after food. 🤗

🍝 How much of a pasta lover are you? Do you consume it frequently? Long or short, which do you prefer?
🍝 Tell us about the pasta sauces you know (bolognese, pesto, carbonara, four cheeses, Neapolitan, vegetable, traditional, etc.) and which one do you prepare the most at home, how do you like to eat it?
🍝 What does the expression "I like al dente pasta" mean to you
🍝 What do you think of some premises that support that pasta is a powerful contributor to obesity and diseases such as diabetes?
Remember, we would love for you to share the best photographs of your pasta preparations and if you have a particular recipe, you can also share it, showing us, in addition to flavor, your love for pasta
