Welcome to my post I hope all of you good and healthy by the grace of God I am also fine,it's pleasure for me to participate again in week two of engagement challenge season 11 in #steemitironchef before I start my blog I would like to invite my friends @deepak94 ,@uzma4882 and @malikusman1 to participate in wonderful contest.
Well I was in my school age I always loved to baking cakes 🍰 ,muffins, cookies 🍪 and all time my family favorite delicious chocolate cakes 🎂 by me so I didn't bake any kind of baking sice long time ,I thought that it's not possible to perfect Baking at home so I dreamed that my childhood time to make perfect cakes like we bought from market
My dream comes true before 3 years by the grace of YouTube videos regarding baking cakes so I tried out my first came I remembered that it was chocolate cake I was very excited but little bit nervous how turn out but luckily the cake baked very well on that I had no idea about the topping of the cake so I melted the dairy milk chocolate bars and poured on the top of the cake but my own recipe gave very different and yummy flavor to cake my whole family liked and appreciated me that's feedback made me more confident as before and I believed on that we also baked a delicious and perfect cakes at home .
Yes as I said above I got inspiration for different YouTube videos I learned different baking tips and how important the ingredients if the ration for your cake sponge rise in perfect shaped and size , how to decorate and laying of the cake .My first experience is marvelous so I made twice a week in different flavor and styles .

On that I had no oven so I baked my cupcakes trey after pouring cake mixture in cup cake tray in pre heated pan and I got adorable results of baking in pan little bit time consuming but taste are same rich and tasty
I made Cup cakes in chocolate flavors by first after that I made in strawberry 🍓 and vanilla flavors all are really soft as I dreamed.
I used in my mini cakes sugar ,egg, baking soda,all purpose flour butter and coco power in as required to quintity because in baking correct ratios very important for cake sponge .
Yes I tried the recipe of my dreams several times on any occasions like my kids party,for school lunch some time but the interesting thing is that I got different experience as before,I am good in baking and passionate about making cakes but some time it's was too delicious 😋 😋and perfect in shaped , flavor and texture but some time would be not bad but not yummiest as before so it's my dream to bake cupcakes all time perfect in all aspects 😜😜.

My dear friend the work we strive for is always done as you thought of making desserts which include cakes and pastries etc. then one day you succeed in it. Just like you made a cake in the first attempt and it was successful and then your whole family liked it too, it was a great honor for you.

Your dream recipe is baking cakes, cookies and muffins etc. But you said it's hard to bake the perfect one. I think you are right. I have tried these things too at home and it's almost impossible to bake things like market products.
