Hope you all are good and enjoying your lives. Today I'm here to share the recipe of my dinner and participating in this amazing contest S11-W6 “The Recipe of the Day: Fried Fish”. Season11 week 6 of Steemit Engagement Challenge has been started and its the end of this season. I would appreciate all team of Steemit Iron Chef for organizing amazing and interesting contests through out the season.
Let's start today's recipe "Fried Fish"

Fried Fish


Fish is very nutritious food and delicious too. Muy husband like fish in any form but my kids like only fried fish. So whenever I cook fish for all family I make fried fish. Fish has many useful nutrients like protein, omega-3 fatty acids, alot of minerals.

My today's recipe is very simple and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Fish has naturally some smell so it should be fresh and proper washed. To make tast fish it should be fresh.

  • Wash fish properly and keep it in strainer to remove excess water from it.


  • Take out all dry ingredients according to the recipe.

  • Mixed all ingredients in a bowl, add garlic ginger paste to it. Then add vinegar and soya sauce to the mixture and mixed it well. Add some water to make it less thick.

  • Putt all mixture on fish nicely and marinate it for 2hrs. Marination give rich flavor to fish. If you want more tasty fish than marinate it at least 2hrs.

  • Take oil in pan for cooking and deep fry fish on medium flame.

  • Best way to fry is on medium flame and when cooking done trun flame to high before taking out fish.

  • Delicious fried fish is ready to served. It can be served with bread or rice. You can add potato fries to make it complete meal.
