I hope you all are good and enjoying your lives by the grace of Allah almighty. Today I'm here to be a part of this amazing contest SEC/S16-W5: Con sabor y sazón de mi país // With flavor and taste of my country. I have get new information through this contest.

Before going to start contest I would like to invite @sualeha, @aaliarubab and @sahar78 for the contest .

Many foods ingredients are famous of some regions all over the world. Here are some examples of famous food ingredients or crops from different areas:

Italy is famous for Tomatoes (San Marzano), Basil (Genovese), Olive Oil (Tuscan)
Thailand is well-known for Lemongrass, Thai Basil, Galangal
Mexico is famous for Avocado (Hass), Chili Peppers (Habanero), Vanilla (Papantla)
Brazil: Açaí, Coffee (São Paulo), Cassava (Manioc)
USA for Peanuts (Georgia), Peaches (Georgia), Bourbon (Kentucky)
Morocco for Saffron (Taliouine), Argan Oil, Couscous (Marrakech)etc

These are just a few examples, and each region has its own unique culinary treasures.

I live in Pakistan and there are many things that are special for their taste and we have our own unique culinary activities.

Basmati Rice

Biryani

Pakistan is rich in rice cultivation and Basmati rice of our country and famous for its smell and long grain . We export high grade rice to otger country. Rice is used as main course in our meal . In some area of Pakistan rice is consumed on daily basis. In my family we use rice thrice a week. Our festivals, gatherings and events ate not complete without rice.

There are many different recipes that are our cultural and have unique delicious taste . Some rices recipes that we made are Biryani, polau, plain rice, vegetables rice ,mutanjan ,khichri ,tehri etc are are famous all over our country.

Spices

Spices

In our country high quality Spices are cultivated and our foods are base on seasoning from these species. Our cultural food is spicy and made by mixture of many local Spices. Due to high quality these ingredients are demanding by other countries.

If you see our local cuisine you will find these Spices in most of recipes. People add Spices according to their taste but the all spices makes are recipes different from others.

SugarCan

Sugar made from SugarCan

Pakistan is self-sufficient in production of SugarCan. In Pakistan sugar industry is highly developed and produced high quality sugar. Our country export sugar too and get good revenues by it.

Sugar is used in all sweets and desserts that are our cultural recipes. Refind sugar and non refined sugar both are used in our country.

Wheat

Wheat Roti

I Pakistan wheat cultivation is on very large area. Its our main course of food beside rice. Due to bd weather or flood from few years our wheat crops destroyed and we faced shortage of wheat. Pakistan imported wheat from neighbouring countries that was not tasty as our wheat and due to import they were expensive too.

We make roti ,bread ,paratha from wheat. In my family wheat bread is used at breakfast and dinner. We make different types of roti from wheat that make our food more delicious.

Mango and kinno

Pakistan has best quantity of mango all over the world. No one can beat the taste of mangoes like Pakistan. In Pakistan there are many different kinds of manges that have their unique taste. These mangoes are highly demanding in export markets. We export high quality mangoes to other countries.

In Pakistan citrus fruits are very tasty and its kinno is export all over the world. Best quantity of kinno are produced at sirghodha. We enjoy our fruits in season and i has taste these fruits in saudia export from other countries . They don't have taste like our food.

It's interesting to explore the culinary treasures unique to each region worldwide such as your country. Pakistan flaunts its very own variety of wonderful active ingredients, from fragrant Basmati rice plus full-flavored seasonings to the sweet taste of sugarcane along with the staple wheat. These components develop the body and soul of our abundant plus varied food.
