Yes of course I have prepared donuts, and the taste texture is also very soft and very delicious. Even in an instant my donuts were sold out. And I only leaving 5 pieces of donuts for my family. Hehe😁

At first I didn't plan to sell it. But because I made quite a lot and because someone wanted to buy it, I ended up selling it. Just think of it as some of the capital. Hehe😂 and they also like my donuts and after they saw them they were even interested, and there were more who said the donuts were very delicious and soft.☺️

📌Which is your favorite, glazed, sugared, or filled?

Yes, I prefer the glazed ones because I can add various toppings on top, such as chocolate sprinkles, green sprinkles and colorful ones. So it's very easy for me to decorate so that it can make me interested in enjoying it.

And I prefer the taste of chocolate seres mises, the taste is very touching in every bite of the tongue. Even the sweetness of the chocolate is also very tempting.

Okay, this time I will try with my recipe. Although I haven't done this for a long time. And it happened 25 years ago, I once made this donut cake to sell to my customers and now I will try it again. And hopefully it still tastes as good as before. And let's get started.🤗

Here I have prepared the equipment like: Chauldron, Bowl, Mixer, Spatulas.

Ingredients:

  1. 500 grams of high protein cakra flour.
  2. 75 grams of granulated sugar.
  3. 2 eggs.
  4. 2 teaspoon of yeast.
  5. 50 grams of butter.
  6. 300 ml of ice cold water.
  7. Half a teaspoon of salt.
  8. Sufficient cooking oil.

Next step, prepare a clean container. Then add the eggs and beat well add the yeast then add the sugar. and beat them with a spatula until the sugar until the sugar is dissolved..

After the sugar is dissolved, add the flour and stir again until evenly mixed.

After it was mixed well, I added water and stirred it using a mixer so that the texture of the cake would be softer.

And finally I put in the butter and salt. Then I stirred it again with a mixer until it was even and soft. Oh yeah, here I didn't show when I put in the water because my hands were currently fight with mixer . Hehe😁 After the dough is soft, then I cover it with a cloth and I waited for him for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes later I opened the cover and the dough had doubled in size. While I press and shape it like a ball. according to the measurements and then I made a hole in the middle using my hand.

After I formed everything like a wheel 😄 then I heated the oil with a medium low heat. Then I fried it until it was brown.

After I fried it until it was finished, then I waited for it to cool down. When the donuts are cold, I take them one by one and coat them with glaze.

✅Are you having trouble making donuts?

Yes, I found it difficult to moment make, because the dough was very sticky, but I was able to overcome this by using a little oil on my hands.

I thought it was easy for me at first. But it turned out not as I imagined. Because I forgot how I made it before. And here it takes a lot of my time. Next, to make my work easier, I will buy a mold because I plan to sell donuts.
