How are you guys hope all is well and I am fine today I am here to participate in a recipe contest organized by @dasudi mam. Today I am preparing to present a winter recipe here I am presenting onion koli bharta recipe very tasty and with this bharta, a plate of rice can be easily eatting delicious recipe I'm about to introduce but let's see how I made the recipe,

Necessary Materials👇🏾

▶Onion Koli
▶Green Chilli
▶Garlic
▶Onion
▶ Salt
▶Turmeric and
▶White Oil

The Process of receipe


Step 01

First I took some onions koli like my amount and required

then I chopped and peeled some green chillies onion and garlic in a basket

Step 03
then i cut the onions koli into small pieces then I put them in a pan on the stove.

Step 4
And there I put everything together. Then I add a spoon of salt then half a spoon of turmeric powder

Step 05
then I add some white oil here then I mix everything and prepare for cooking then in about eight to ten minutes my onions koli will be fully cooked

and the boiled will be complete.next then I will take the onion sprouts in a shil patai

Step 07
and then I will mixed them well and beat them then I will take them in a serving bowl

and then I will serve here with some green chillies and onions and that's how my cooking is complete

then again I took a selfie with the recipe.

Again the recipe made today is incredibly delicious and even with different types of pita bread it is much better to eat this type of bharta and it is much more fun to eat with hot rice. I wish you all the best and see you in a new post.
